When renaming I want the file modified and created dates to remain the same as the original file

For example, I have a folder called Midjourney that I've set as a watch folder. I'd like to be able to prepend 'mj-' to whatever the AI filename becomes. So, an image of a dog in this folder might become 'mj-dog'.

Support for concurrent renaming. Provide the ability to control how many renames can be done in parallel.

Ability to have multiple renaming preferences, assign shortcuts

Automatically resize the image if it is more than 20MB, and rename it.
